Passive resistance
Sonic loves the hippy passive resistance technique when he is going to be put outside. He's too big to pick up now so the only option is to gently but firmly drag him. He will seriously just lie there and go completely limp. "I will not be moved". I do have to stop myself from laughing. Gotta love him though.

It's a good thing that the main areas of my house are linoleum-covered. Only the bedrooms and toilet/laundry/bathroom area are not. He goes out of those areas willingly.

Sonic no longer does the passive resistance thing anymore. If you grab his collar he will trot out the back quite happily.
