Keep moving but don't do any bending or stretching.............so...........carrots are out

  i only got 2 4" pipes to do and 5 pipes i used last year then i be done lol

I find the baloo bear back scratch up the door frame gives some temporary respite mate. But I def share your pain for a permanent fix... if you find it let me know

Try to keep mobile as much as you can, lying in bed will probably make it feel worse. Don't do any lifting or strenuous exercise just a little wigglying about and walking

listen to mum they is away to give you some respite but not allowed to post here but you all know,

if not I believe laying on the floor rather than a soft mattress,

get on the floor and let one of your doggies walk up and down your back,

steam room hot tub etc etc
