Rosebud ear

Hello everyone!
I know that by breed standard,staffie is required to have rosebud ear. When I got my puppy,breeder told me to massage his ears to help in making ears in that style. I was searching on youtube about technique of massage,but I didnt found anything. Can someone try to explain me that? I saw that I can type it,but I was thinking if massage first can help before I do that. My puppy is 2 months and 10 days old.

I wouldn't worry, they should become 'rosebud 'later.
