Max 8 years looking for a new home Aylesbury area
MAX
Max is 8yrs old and is a very sociable dog with people and other dogs.
Sadly Max is looking for a home due to a change in his owners circumstances.
Max is on our Matchmaker Scheme which means he is still with his current owner.
As part of the Scheme Senior Staffy Club send an independent visitor to meet Max to obtain an independent view of him.
Here is what his Independent Visitor said about Max:
Max is a lovely friendly boy, he greeted me nicely albeit with a shoe in his mouth from the hallway! - Max did not chew the shoe though he just wanted to greet me with it and then put it down, so it maybe an idea for a new owner to have a convenient toy in the hallway for him to pick up.
Max has spent a lot of time living on a fishery and being left to wander around the farm greeting all the fishermen and their families, and so is very sociable.
He has lived with dogs previously so could live with another dog pending successful introductions - an older female may be best....however he is not keen on cats.
He hasn't lived with children but has met and mixed with children of all ages so he could live with older children 10yrs plus.
He travels well in a car and is house trained. He is very freindly and loves a fuss.
He walked okay on the lead and he is quiet in the home and likes sleeping in the sunshine!
