My puppy arrives tomorrow!!!

Well the home check last night went ok and i got a phonecall today to say that it went well and my puppy will be being brought to my house any time after 10am tomorrow!! So excited i dont think I'll sleep!! She is called Rosie at the moment but I need to change her name as 2 of my neighbours already have dogs called Rosie cant decide what I'll call her yet??
Go to www.staffordshirerescuescotland.co.uk and look under available dogs to have a look at her.
Didnt expect to find my perfect dog so soon after making my decision to take on a rescue dog but guess it was just meant to be. Thanks to every one for the kind words and advice that helped me to make my decision I'm so happy - havent told kids so they will get a lovely surprise when they get home from school Big Grin

Just a quick update - with it all happening so quick I couldnt get tomorrow off work - managed to get the next 2 wks but need to go in tomorrow to leave things ready for my break Sad

So decided with the lady from the rescue that rather than her being on her own tomorrow morning it'd be easier if I get her tomorrow evening, she is getting microchipped tomorrow morning so made sense all round - so she will arrive around 6pm tomorrow!!
Cant wait but best to be sensible I suppose - I was out today and got cage bed, food, toys etc had to tell kids so we could decide on name - not going to change it too much just calling her Roxy!
18 hours to go till she arrives and counting lol...... x

While trying to find Rosie's pic I did see an older staffy up for adoption called Kate.. she looked like a gorgeous old gal.. all grey around the gills. Wish I could fly over and bring her home...

Rhia (yes I have changed the name - suited her better!) is now home!! Arrived just after 7pm - was very excited and has now tired herself out - she is lying sleeping in her cage. She is even more cute in the flesh!! Will upload pics asap x

Really sorry but the pics my ipod takes are too dark - you cant make anything out. Cant find the lead to upload from my phone and I need to buy batteries for my camera!! She is settling really well tho we are all so happy with her definitely the best thing I've done!! The people from the rescue have phoned today and yesterday to check how she is getting on. I really couldnt recommend them enough for any one considering rehoming a staffie!!

I know I feel terrible lol!! I'm trying to upload a video I took on my ipod which is clearer than any of the pics. If she was mistreated she certainly doesnt seem to be affected by it she is so playful and loving and seems to be picking up the toilet training very quickly. I really couldnt have asked for a better dog angel

Oh no - I've managed to upload a photo which I thought would be better than nothing till i get some clearer ones and it has gone on upside down - I cant see any option to edit it and I dont know how to rotate it before I uploaded silly

Any advice greatly appreciated lol x

If you uploaded from your computer you should be able to edit it from the pic. If you right click on the pic you should see "rotate clockwise" a little way down. That will rotate your pic until it's the right way up!
