Someone wants to view the house on Wednesday, I dread it really want to sell but its hard work tidying up.
Best go and pick my dirty briches up off the floor then !!

Are you able to make a cake or a loaf of bread, always great things to have you home smelling of when trying to sell it ?

Yeah, I've never had to do it but imagine it can be awkward! Don't forget to put all the lights on like they do on tv programs!

Make sure it is warm in all the rooms and blinds open and lights on. Makes it feel cheery. I like the sound of cake and coffee! If it is a couple looking at the house, the guy will be sold!

why are you moving anyway inez? are you moving far away or staying in the same area?

No Steve still in the same area but about 6 miles from here hopefully if it sells. I want to move back nearer where I come from I just cant settle here   

have you been looking for an house or are you going sell up and rent till you find he right house

There are a couple I really like but I don't see the point in going to look properly and really like them then cant sell this. I think if I couldn't find the right one although don't want to rent maybe a possibility until the one comes along   

yea my uncle sold his house and rented for an while but i think hes now regretting his old house, he miles away from all the family that why we only got once every other weekend becasue it take like 45mins to get there

Yes I want it to be right as really don't like keep moving house have done it 5 times now and got very stressed every time
