More photos of Blue & Dempsey

Hi all,

As requested by Ozzy, here are some additional photos of Blue and Dempsey.  Since we are new to the forum here is a bit of quick background on our brood.  We have been a Staffy family for close to 23 years.  In fact, we have only had Staffys and will probably never have another breed.  We have had (4) total starting with Taz, Spanky, Blue and now Dempsey.  Blue is difficult to get photos of as she is from an agility line and rarely sits still for 2 seconds.  Dempsey on the other hand is from a distinguished show line here in America and seems to love to pose.  He is actually our dearly loved and departed Spanky's grand nephew.  Dempsey's great grandfather (Spanky's Dad) was a grand champion in England who was brought to America to further the breed (line) here.  

It is difficult in the states to find Staffys as unfortunately the breed has gotten a bad rap due to them being clumped in with Pit Bulls who have been raised for the wrong reasons and by horrible owners.  Luckily there are a few good breeders like Dempsey's line that have become ambassadors for the breed.  His grandfather is in fact an Eukanuba ambassador and has even been featured on their bag of dog food.  

We hope that Dempsey will continue the fine tradition of his line and possibly be an ambassador too someday.  That will be up to him though and if he enjoys it....either way we love our Staffys and just want them to live long and happy lives!
