I had a lovely walk in the sunshine with Rocky this morning, it is getting very windy now though.

very very windy here now too. we took the girls to the beach at 9am as the tides and the weather looked the best for the day.

Omg went to boot camp this morning it was freezing before I got going but doing sit ups and reverse plank on cold wet field made me have a very numb bum, it's still freezing and very windy still, go away horrid weather!
