Hello i was woundering if you could help me im new on here an i have managed to upload a profile picture but when i entre all my other profile information ie sex where im from ect ect an click save it say please contact a administrator on here any idea why i keep getting this message ?

This is what i get when i have filled out the personalized profile an clicked save i get the message in red at the top any suggestions as to why if not ill inbox you my information thankyou for you help and time

what are you trying to done? change your password?

I want to fill in the personalized profile under that bit i type it all out an that click save and it goes back blank and gives me the message you can see in the previous post

Hi are you putting in your password when you fill it out? If I want to change my profile details I go straight to the area below and leave the area above with the password etc blank. Not sure if this helps and many apologies if you've already tried this

I leave it blank an it still does it

iv just opened an account for the wife steve and it all went through fine so its not a site fault becouse i know a couple ov people have had the same prob

I have just tryed to do the profile again in a different browser an im still getting the same message but the information is there for steve to put in for me

what i think you was doing wrong is your birthday is sholud be your no the dogs or you trying to change your email address i've disallow members to do that now after a couple of nut cases

ye i noticed you wont allow members over99 on the forum i havnt got long left lol
