Day 2 in court and still not been called, back again tomorrow (on what should be my day off) to try again

Ai sacking off the 2hrs driving each way and risking that they have assured me I'll be done before lunch and nipping over on the train (20mins away)

How can they expect to get the best out of people when they don't even have their rest days ? Surely you are not going to function correctly without the appropriate amount of rest
