weeing when it's raining

I dread when it's raining last thing at night, because I know Thistle will refuse to go out, I have to force her out the door and she usually just sticks her head through the cat flap, getting totally wet through anyway, but stares at me with those eyes, so last night I went out with a brolly and hovered over her to keep her dry, and it worked, bloody prima donna   

 I have to go out with Katy if its raining or she wont do anything. She will run round the back but then runs back in, i tell her she might as well go while she's out there cos she only has to go out again & get wet again  

Rocky isn't to fussed about the rain, thankfully. I do go outside under the brolly too though just to encourage him out  

I have to go out with Alfie and even then he just stands by the door waiting to be let back in!

have you try walking her down the road ? when it's raining?

yes I can walk he down the road when it's raining, well it starts with a drag, yank, then she gives in and walks, but I don't want to go out at 11pm in the rain, usually in my jim jams, hence the brolley at the back door   

Chloe is like this - 'fair weather girl' we call her!! unfortunately she ends up doing a pee on a towel by the door......... hey ho, at least it's on the towel!! you're not alone   

I have to go out with Alfie when it rains otherwise he just sits by the back door.. You'd think they'd realise it makes more sense to just go quickly than sit in the rain and wait for you to let them in! Bless them xx

Snoop would not go out in the rain and would run back in and straight upstairs and there was no way he was coming back down. Yet he loved going out in the snow and i`d struggle to get him back in lol.

Tallulah has not been outside yet so not sure how she will be

no joke. They hate the rain. Mine ask to go out, I open the door and they start backing back into the house... Lol. A greenhouse is a good idea!

Molly just stands outside and looks at you waiting for permission to go back inside! Another staffy not keen on the rain!

Our 9 year old Staffy Prince, is a fuss pot when raining and he needs to go out, He will go out away from the door a little realise its raining and go to come back in and looks at me enough to say " muuuum its raining".

I have to say No go on go for a wee and point to the back garden, he then eventually goes then legs it back in and skids along the hall way cus of running that quick

my boss does not like to do his buisness in the rain either..we have a stoop that covers the step at the front door,and i know if its raining there it will be waiting for me as soon as i open the door..yuk!!..fussy buggers arnt they,altho he loves going for a walk in rain.or that could be he has no choice..come wind,rain or shine were going for a walk

mine sits and shakes when its raining, she makes u aware wen she needs to pee but if the rains on no chance

my son's staffy used to live with an alsatian, and would hide under him if it was raining :-) must be the short coat.
