Vet update from Phoebe

Hi everyone. So last night wasn't brilliant so I had to get her to the vets ASAP.

He couldn't pin point it either as he said she looks perfect.
Her anal glands was full so he emptied them so hopefully that will relieve her!
He mentioned things like seizures and neurological issues which is harder to treat.
I also think it could be a bit of seperation anxiety.
He gave me pain relief tablets for the shaking and diazepam so she's just had 1 diazepam to help her sleep tonight as we are both stressed after lack of sleep!

I obviously don't want to keep her on medication so going to PAH on the weekend to look into the other options.

Will let you know how tonight goes. Fingers crossed.

Have a quick check online if you are thinking of the thundershirt it's cheaper if you pre order and collect from store also make sure you ask to try it on I did and it was covered in fluffy dog hair so they gave me £10 off the shelf price. I would expect that the Dap collars/sprays/diffusers will also be cheaper to pre order doesn't mean you actually have to buy them when you get to store

Hope you both managed to get some sleep last night, the diazepam would help I'm sure, I have taken it myself so know how it works.

Can I just say we both had the best night sleep ever!!!
I feel refreshed and she is full of beans which makes me happy and she needed a good sleep after a week of restless nights!

Really don't want to keep giving her medication so going to see how she is on the weekend when I don't have work without anything.

Hopefully we will get to the bottom of it !
