Quiet on here today

Whats everyone been upto?

So far I've done a class at the gym, gone back to do a demo and meet and greet for a possible channel 4 show on female fighters and going back for another class at 7.15.

Ledger is well and truly walked out and sleeping in bed already and I've even had time to start watching the first season of Sherlock none of this lazing about on rest days gonna leave that til tomorrow after Pilates lol

i went to the bank, did abit of food shopping, chatting wit han few people I just sorted my sauce for the next 3 days, watch supernatural, moonshiners, added new forums

same old same old really

Work til 3pm then prepared and cooked tea that's all   

Nothing much done some house work but that's about it

Was out with Rocky for an hour and half this morning, housework after that, sorted dinner, out with Rocky for another hour and half this afternoon then finished dinner prep.

Been to work and hosted girls dinner club tonight

Aching now soooo tempted to stick a pizza in the oven and stay up to watch the UFC

I have a chicken and chorizo in the freezer, I shouldn't, really need to get down to 55kg and eating this late wouldn't be good

Nope don't do deep pan I like to taste the topping and keep the carbs down usually the thinner the better but think this is stone bake

Saving the pizza, gone for the jacket tatty, 10 mins microwave then 2 mins in the air frier for a nice crispy jacket
