My two monkies

My two have seldom actually seen another staffy, and not for ages now that I think about it. I was sitting facing the window just now and thought I saw someone walk a staffy past. Went to have a look and turns out my lovely next door neighbour is babysitting her son's gorgeous brindle girly for the weekend, Becky. She is soooooo beautiful.

Well, my two behaved like complete hooligans at the gate - so embarrassing    But it was all verbal "I want to play, let me play!" staffy talk. Becky was shaking with excitement and trying to get to them and Vinny who barely barks a woof had a huge amount to say in a very deep voice   

They quickly calmed down and just admired each other through the gate. Gorgeous Becky

They do so with such staffy intensity - I was a bit horrified at my two's behaviour when they first saw little Becky! But I know it was all friendly - just a very vocal "open the gate mum and let's play!!!!" They've been standing staring at the neighbour's wall since

I didn't even think to grab the phone    I know my two being "amstaff" are bigger than the standard, but wow, she seemed so tiny (she's three) so I wonder if Rox and Vin thought she was a pup    She's in stunning condition and afterwards I did say to Rox "I bet the lovely Darcy is just like that"

Did she have Darcy's colouring too?

Aww   I will do if I bump into her. Roxy's going to be two this month - I'll have to make extra liver cake for the forum and invite Becky over from next door
