Medicinal!

Now I've got a cold and my OH says it's ok to put whisky in my hot lemon as it's medicinal even though I'm staying dry for 16 days before my hols it's not drinking he said. He's mad as a box of frogs!!!   

   

Sorry I agree with your OH it's medicinal go for it, you need all the medication you can get

I just had the hot lemon and put some manuka honey in it you ladies are as bad as him

Nope I'm behaving myself, for a change

 

Bit late for tonight but I swear by having a garlic chilli chicken curry when I get the first hint of a cold

Gotta say tho a good hot toddy has its benefits but this year I also discovered the apple lemsips yeah a brew and a couple paracetamol are effectively the same thing but sometimes you just need the feel good factor

Aww rubbish saz, dripping eyes and nose, on top of the usuall my mums on her was to make real hot lemon (lemon, diet lemonade & manuka honey all heated in a pan) mmm xx
