how ignornant!

Some people just really annoy me ! I was walking Dodger, who is a staffy American bulldog X, it was dark and although Dodger doesn't usually bark at people he started barking at this man dressed in all black in the distance ( dark figures make him nervous ) as the man got closer Dodger calmed down because he could see the man's face, but the man started shouting at me saying that my dog was a dangerous dog and that he's sure its a pitbull and that its disgusting that I owned such a violent dog ! Even though Dodger was just trying to get over to him to play and was no longer barking! First of all I have nothing against pits, my mate has a pit and he is lovely and trained very well. But Dodger isn't even a pit and is the friendliest dog ever ! Grrrr some peoples ignorance just angers me !!

Grrrr they drive me crackers!!! unfortunately we get this a lot, best to hold your head high and ignore them, stoopid man!!

Thank you yeah I know I will get people like that, a lot of people blatantly avoid us when I am walking him on the pavement, but the stupid man firstly had no right to assume what breed my dog was or assume that he was a dangerous dog. If a little happy thing started barking at him he wouldn't have said owt. Dodger is more likely to lick someone to death ! If he kept quite it wouldn't have bothered me.
