What a difference!!
Ever since i have had my lot Taz has been on my right side (right arm/hand is stronger) and my girls on left side.
So while was walking Taz with the Halti the corrections have always been made by his head moving left.
Well yesterday I thought why not switch arms so i did...Taz hated it he acted like a buking bronko he did not like the correction coming on his right side and now i know why i found his weakness,
Today while on my left side he has been brilliant, walks right besides me when we meet other dogs he gives into the correction when before he used to fight them. The girls have been great also stuck to my side not even the "i want to play with that dog" pull they always do everything has just been really calm and stable on walks I can't beleive the difference by just changing side.
Taz has accepted the change now though sometime confused and tries to get on the other side if we were to stop. His body language has been different as well before head/ear and tail was raised as high as possible but since changing all has been lower, tail straight out, rather than up and curled, head raised just above the shoulders and his ears perked but not raised just a much calmer posture.
Only a minor thing i know but what a difference it has made.

Re: What a difference!!
Sounds like you've found the key! Maybe he just needed that little bit of change for the training to fall into place properly. Well done!
