Hello All

Hi everyone..

Thought I would join up as I am thinking of getting a Staffie.. My Uncle had one for years and it was a great Dog and it broke his heart when he had to have him put to sleep just due to old age..

I have seen our local Rescue centre as plenty of them in and have seen a steady rise in pups coming up for sale and unfortunately from people just trying to make money regardless of the dogs health/relationship etc, and also the bad rep they are getting from these young people having them as some kind of status symbol   

I am going to be looking for a Puppy though as I already have a Lab X and I even though she is great with other Dogs I think they would bond better for the future if it was a Pup.

I have seen a few advertised as Pedigree's but not sure what this means? Does Pedigree actually mean anything to these Dogs or is it KC Registered that it should be?

My Daughter has bought him a coat ready for when he goes the vets so he doesn't get cold
