Everyone's furbabies ok after fireworks?

Hope so. We had more here than usual. As I've said we're very very lucky our two aren't bothered, but it was so sad hearing all the dogs in the neighbourhood...and that's when Roxy wants to run out and check on them! Hope yours are all ok x

We had them earlier than normal, but managed to mask the noise from Vin as they weren't to close by xx

we are really lucky Coco isn't bothered by them, we put it down to renovating our house when she was a pup and there were nail guns going off all the time, she doesn't even flinch when she hears thunder or fireworks (and no she's not deaf!). Feel sorry for all the four legged friends that are though (my last dog was and it was a nightmare every new years!)

Vinnie never used to be at all but whilst walking him one night near bonfire night, someone let a random one off and ever since he goes into melt down. It really is distressing to see but thank god I played with him last night and we learnt a few new tricks aswell!   

Since getting spooked by them going off on boxing day, Ledger had been quite bad, managed to get a thundershirt at P@H so wrapped him up tight kept the tv up loud etc. he is fine with the displays on tv so that was great for masking sounds, just a few really loud bangs and whistles which he barked a couple of times at but overall he was very content. Was even happy to go out for a walk and a wee about 1230

Glad Ledger was ok Jules, its so distressing to see when they are so scared xx

Neighbour about 5 metres down decided it would be a cracking idea to let off some heavy fireworks around 12:30am in his back garden.

Weemo went ballistic and launched himself into the glass patio doors, which luckily didn't break, then p***ed himself inside the house.

They were stupidly loud fireworks.

After 15 minutes of this, and debris landing on my house, I went into the back garden and told him to pack it in.

Got called several choice names in return.

Left it there as no point getting involved in a slanging match over the fence.

Considerate bloke.

Aww poor weemo hope he's ok today Keith. Glad ledger was ok Jules, and vin piglet Darcy was fine too

Thankfully Rocky was brilliant last night when they started going off at about 11.55, we were already in bed and had just heard someone outside shouting and swearing very loudly to which Rocky did bark but didn't make a sound at the fireworks, we are very proud of him.

Glad most of them were ok.

Yep more here tonight Ledger seems ok so far thundershirt is back on tho as soon as I heard the first one
