when i was shopping the other day she came upto in the park car and said i smell like an curry or something it becasue i been adding garlic, smoked paprika and taking turmeric capsules so it was coming out of my skin

Pizza hut also do half portion of cheese on request but that just feels like being cheated out of topping   

Oh I just had a Chinese beef in blackbean sauce (one of the lowest syn options) omg they must have a new chef as it now has chilli in and was amaze balls, and I still have half left for tomorrow

Lol it's just knowing that places do this stuff, most Indians will do low fat options by not adding the extra ghee and one by me does plain and garlic naans without the extra butter they pour on to brown it off
