I need to lose some weight so I'll be concentrating on that, what about you?

after this week i bet i be nearly or over 14 stones so i better get back below 13 again....

Back to gym more seriously, try to build a team of worker bees so I can take on more work, finish my hypnosis and accupressure courses, write a few ebooks ....um....that looks like a lot!

Don't really have one, less drinking maybe?

Save as much money for our wedding as possible, and do lots more wedding planning. Maybe try competing with the boys at weight pulling, getting back into caniX training with them

I need to lose a bit of weight and tone up, am getting wobbly bits!

No serious, never had wobbly bits, I've been lazy and eating and drinking too much!

Going to properly tone up and got a couple kg to shift to be at my fighting weight. Then have my first fight and debating doing another half marathon then tough Mudder again in September

That muddy thing did look like fun   

My goals for 2014 are that life becomes less stressful, although that is not in my hands.
And to climb out of the red.
And to keep my (very) old mum happy and healthy.
And to get my horrible knee fixed.
