Raw food stable diet
Thinking of moving to raw food but with the mrs being a veggie shes not keen on handling dead animals lol
Came across this page from here
http://www.theyloveit.co.uk/chicken-mince-with-added-offal-40-kilos-125-p.asp
My question is, can this be fed on a daily basis or would I have to mix it up with other food.
Thanks

Re: Raw food stable diet
A few of us on here feed a complete raw diet. My girl darcy has been on it for a few months and is doing really really well on it

I changed to raw about 2 months ago and I am a veggie! There are various threads in here of my progress!
The mince is OK to feed, I feed various minced meats (you need a good variety) but you also need some bones as well for their teeth I would say go for it though, Daisy is doing really well on it and gets so excited at meal times now

Re: Raw food stable diet
I'd read up on the raw diet a bit more if I was you. Dogs need a variety and chicken is pretty bland. Chicken is a good place to start but you need to mix it up a fair bit. My 2 get chicken, duck, beef, lamb, fish, eggs etc and rarely get the same thing 2 days running.
Chunks and bigger bits are much better than mince. With chunks/big bits they get a good workout and excellent teeth cleaning from it too mince is just inhaled lol! My 2 also have their own chest freezer and I'm ordering another 200L freezer, so it takes up a bit more room than normal dry food
