shipping address issue

hi all, I ordered a product from el perro last week, wondering why it had not yet arrived I checked emails, I then noticed I had typed the shipping address in incorrectly, I had typed it 'stafford' 'post code' SUFFOLK, instead of Stafford (post code) STAFFORDSHIRE,   el perro emailed to say it should arrive still as post code is correct, I thought id get opinions on whether or not ive any chance of receiving my product or if it will get lost in the post. sorry to be a nuisance. thanks in advance.

Is your correct postcode on it? If so it should arrive x

That's how it gets sorted and delivered to the right delivery office and they deliver based on the 1st line of your address so as long as they are both correct the rest shouldn't matter :-)

Do you know which delivery company is delivering the package ? Does it have a tracking number on it ?

El Perro send by ordinary mail (from Poland - well, mine was, anyway), but it might take a bit longer because of the christmas post.

Some big delays with the Xmas rush missed a delivery yesterday and the usual 2-4 hr wait to collect from the depot had been changed to 24hrs. as everyone else said if the postcode is right that will be the first check done for the delivery offices.

I ordered a collar from them and they were incredibly helpful. They ended up calling just to make sure that the order was right. I would email again if you haven't received it yet. What did you go for in the end?

Nope no tracking reference and also I emailed them but they said as they dispatched it a while ago there was nothing they could do, I'm just hoping it arrives soon.

You could check whether there's a street name in Suffolk the same as yours. Did the package have your village/town name on it?
