Hi Steve, pretty good considering the weather, only 2 more days of it, Jed is sick of being inside all day to, just been outside for a big play as it has cooled down a bit, at least i dont have to work on these awful days. Hows things in your part of the world?

yes Buddy boy there is many wild fires here and in other states, my foster boy has been away fighting one 50km from here for the last 3 days, poor thing he is buggered, can you imagine wearing one of those fire protective suits in this heat----i was a volunteer fire fighter when i lived in New South Wales and it is scary stuff

morning everyone   i hope everyone had an good night sleep

Didn't get to sleep til after 2am but feeling like I slept quite well, bonus really as up at 4.30 tomorrow for work so little or no sleep will be had

Meh trained alot yesterday and ate late also tried to stay up watching the UFC so self inflicted with shift work I kinda get used to it, lazy day today tho (after pilates and a good long walk with Ledger)
