Need Help

So, I've had two dogs for a while now. However, one of them (A male staffy cross) gets aggressive whenever there is shouting/fights nearby. I was wondering if there is anyway to help him stop this behavior....anyone?

Its not really something I've come across, it probably unsettles him and that manifests as aggression? What exactly does he do?

Yes, he has always done it. I've tried to command him to sit...which he does when I am here. However, if I am not around...then he jumps to it. I've even tried treats....

Treats when he is being aggressive is telling him it is okay to be aggressive.

its more likely that it is excitement not aggression, which is caused by the loud noises.

Have you considered an adaptil collar, they contain pheromones which help to calm a dog
