for one person
2 tomatoes
1/2 small carrot
1/2 red onion
1/3 celery
1/3 red, yellow and green pepper
^^ blend this up well
then add this
1/2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tbsp red wine
1 1/2tbsp white wine
1 1/2tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2tsp parsley
1/4tsp oregano
1/4tsp rosemary
1/4tsp basil
1/4tsp chilli
1/4tsp celery salt
1 1/2tsp garlic
1/4tsp pepper
1tbsp tomatoe puree

you can buy cooking wine from most supermarkets these day for an £1 an small bottle
