Re: L2-HGA
Great read Claire thanks, I often wonder if I should have darcy tested, not for any reason other than peace of mind.

Re: L2-HGA
I know what you mean. Lily's parents were clear but Lola's weren't tested, I reckon I would get Lola tested if she showed any signs of it

I wonder if Jane has seen this? She may already have completed the survey, but maybe not?
Hayley, I personally wouldn't test unless I was concerned about her showing signs of health problems. If it came back as positive, you'd wrap her in cotton wool & you'd never have a moments peace.

Re: L2-HGA
I've seen this link, someone put it on a comment I'd made on a lady's page, she wrote a book about her staffy been diagnosed with L2HGA. It looks like a vet from Scotland is promoting L2 and making sure other vets know about it.

Re: L2-HGA
Yeah there is a Scottish Vet involved, I reckon the more info they get the better the understanding there will be

Re: L2-HGA
The results of 8 affected dogs are now on the L2HGA website or Facebook page. Please share the link to everyone you know who breeds, owns or even rescue centres.

Re: L2-HGA
Hi Jane - been scared to come on line and I'm really sorry to read the latest on Ruby. I understand exactly what you mean - I don't experience it as often as you do. I'm so sorry. You know that I comprehend how it is to live with a dog that is no longer the dog you once knew It's so hard and my heart goes out to you xxx
