Can someone suggest.....

How I can stop grinding my bloody teeth!  

Stick a cork between your teeth! 

Take them out and put them back in the glass

 Its so annoying the dentist has offered me a sort of gum shield thing to put in at night! I think I may go with the cork!!

No Saz I have always done it but it comes when I am stressed, but its making my teeth really sore  

On right I see  I seem to chew the inside of my gums sometimes!

Give the mouth guard thingy a try - it might not be as uncomfortable as you think!

Got to be worth a try

I may have to Mrs c its not the being uncomfortable that worries me, its if things get fruity  I will have to say "Hang on love I have to take me gum shield out"

Hi I believe the normal ones you put in hot water so they are pliable and you can make them fit you better, if you have one the lottery the dentist can have one made to fit your teeth exactly, gotta be worth a try goodluck xx

I know a couple of people that have the gum shields and say they help. My daughter got one from the dentist and left it on her bed and Lily chewed it  

Take the bite-guard from the dentist. I suffered with tooth grinding in my sleep from school till my mid-twenties. I literally ground away all of my back teeth at the top and am left with the front 8.
The bite-guard I was given was uncomfortable to wear and with hindsight I wish I had persevered with it a lot more and had it adjusted till it was comfortable.
