Brasher Boots
I bought a pair of Brasher boots from Go Outdoors back in May this year. I was cleaning them yesterday and noticed a small crack had started to appear in the leather on the top of the toe part of the left boot. Took them back to Go Outdoors this morning and they will be sending them back to Brasher for testing. I know this leaves me bootless for potentially a couple of weeks but thankfully I do have a spare pair of walking boots under the bed.
I will you know how I get on when I hear back Brasher and Go Outdoors to review their customer service.

Re: Brasher Boots
I've just had to google Brasher boots, at that price I hope they give you a new pair! I bet the old ones were nice and worn in

Re: Brasher Boots
Brasher are one of the best walking boot makers IMO so they should replace them no questions asked! Hope it's sorted soon Kathy.

Re: Brasher Boots
That's just what my hubby said, they should replace them really and I'm sure they will, they are the pair in the link below. Not exactly a cheap pair of boots anyways:

Re: Brasher Boots
Got a phone call this morning from Go Outdoors to say that Brasher had replaced my walking boots free of charge.
It was last Monday I took them in so a week to test then replace, not too bad.

Re: Brasher Boots
The most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet and would have no hesitation in buying another pair. Check net for a good price though, I found a cheaper price than Go Outdoors and they did a price match and then less 10% of this price.

Re: Brasher Boots
I would also recommend using the Brasher boot conditioning cream to keep your boots in really good condition. Just rub a little on the boots, I found it best to leave it on rather than try to polish it off and have shiny boots. I haven't had wet feet since wearing these boots for the first time in May. Nothing worse than soggy socks:

Check for a good price on line, you may this cheaper too.

Re: Brasher Boots
My Brasher boots had a very good test in the pouring rain this morning - my feet were the only dry thing on me.

Re: Brasher Boots
My Brasher boots just did a week in lake district with no issues at all, very pleased with them. I also took my Meindl mountain boots but didn't get to wear them.
