I'm tired, but I've been trying for ages to fall asleep and I can't! Also have a sore throat. 
Why do pillows always feel as hard as rocks when you can't sleep?

Have you mention this to your GP they may be able to prescribe something for the occasions when you can't get off to sleep.

Nah, it was just one of those things, I think. Too much on my mind!
