Why? Humans have girlfriends and boyfriends; dogs don't give a rat's.

Geo, Midas will find his friends amongst the dogs he meets every day, and he won't care if they are male or female!
But, if you are thinking that Midas needs a husband/wife relationship with a girlfriend dog, then please tell us why you think this and we can talk it about some more.

If you intend to breed him, is he a registered pedigree with all the necessary DNA health checks in place?

Re: Looking for Female - Athens (Greece)
I dont know how it is in Greece, but here in the UK there are far more staffies than there are people who will give them good homes - or any home at all. The rescue centres are over-flowing with them. To give you a statistic: the rescue centre where I got my dog (which is the largest centre in Scotland - it's called the SSPCA) is today advertising 97 dogs of identifiable breed. Of these, 49 are staffies. That is 50.51 percent! Numbers like this surely indicate that, despite staffies being very fine dogs, they are being dumped in huge numbers on the rescue charities. Why bring even more unwanted dogs into the world? Here's another number for you: the number ONE. The local buy-and-sell bulletin board here is called GumTree. The local pets section today is advertising several dogs, most for hundreds of pounds (£) each. There is only one dog that is offered for the pathetic sum of £1. And guess what dog that is? Of course, it is a young staffie. Poor dog. I dont feel optimistic that he's going to get a good life.
As for breeding, I am probably the person who knows least here about the science of this aspect of dog-ownership. However, if you cant categorically rule out the possibility of genetic weakness in your animal (through having documentation that proves such), then you'd probably be best to cross it with absolutely any other dog in the world - apart from a staffie - in order to have strong healthy pups. When the pups end up in rescue centres by roughly their first birthday, then the label 'staffie-cross' may even help them get selected quicker for new homes.
But maybe it's different in Greece?

Re: Looking for Female - Athens (Greece)
if you got your real paper and show him you be better of getting in touch with your kennel club or local club
Re: Looking for Female - Athens (Greece)
Not a good idea, please leave breeding to the professionals there are far too many unwanted dogs in kennels and shelters to justify any kind of breeding in my opinion.I just want to find a pretty one female staffy and breed him

Re: Looking for Female - Athens (Greece)
Please think very hard before breeding your boy. Why do you want to do it?
We can answer you better when we know why you want to do it.
In friendship (I have visited Greece many times, and love your country)
