My brekkie never varies - Weetabix and a cup of coffee. Couldn't face anything else.

Re: What would yo do ??????
The only time I had a full English brekkie was when I had been absolutely starved the day before through no fault of my own, and by God it was good. But that's another and very boring story.
Weetabix rules as far as I'm concerned, I can consume it semi-conscious with no surprises.

Full English every time especially if I don't have to cook
At work our local truckstop does an awesome 'healthy' breakfast so the grill the bacon, poached egg and toast instead of fried bread still get a potato waffle and a hash brown too

Can't beat bacon and fried eggs cooked in ghee... then cut it all up and mixed together. My breakfast everyday

Don't often treat myself to breakfast..
So if I did I would be out and it'd have to be a full english! Yum!

Driving up to Newcastle with a colleague (6+ hours from here) we stopped for lunch. Knowing that we were due to have evening dinner that night with some VIPs I moderated my lunch to a mushroom "starter", not wishing to spoil my appetite. My colleague (I'll call him Git) had a heeooge plate of chili con carne and a pudding, but knowing what a pig he was for food I wasn't surprised (even though the lunch and forthcoming dinner were on expenses, which were closely watched!). Eventually met our VIPS in Newcastle, who told us that they were after all going to dine with our mutual customer, and made it clear that we were not invited! Feeling a bit miffed, Git and I went to our hotel and had a couple of drinks in the lounge, which was next to the dining room. I watched the clock tick on, getting hungrier and hungrier, and eventually said "shouldn't we get some food?". Git said, with a smug smile on his face having had a belly-full at lunchtime "oh I think we'll be good shall we?" Well, I'd only had a few mushrooms since an early breakfast and was bloddy starving, and told him so. By this time, the dining room had closed! Next morning I could have eaten a whole roasted horse, but had the first full English I'd ever had in my life, and bugger the expense account.
Told you it was boring.
