Going around scaring people! Has anyone heard about this? Apparently it was happening in Northampton but one of the lads at work said its happened in Sheffield too now!

Clown started in Northampton. A friend managed to get a pic of him as well, the creepy weirdo. It was supposed to be a publicity stunt for Fright Night.
