Moving in 2 weeks and been panicking about finding another job, I have been toying with the idea of moving into support/care work for people rather than animals, and have so far been completely unsuccessful due to lack of experience.

Just got a call from a new veterinary practice opening right across the road from my new house saying that they had seen my CV and would like to offer me an interview!   I need a break from rescue for a little while, it's just been 4 years of heartbreak, and this role is offering much better pay, better hours, no outdoor freezing cold work and still with dogs Plus i'll be able to go home and spend my lunch break with Biscuit! Think I may have landed on my feet! So happy!!!
