2 fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse
1/3 red pepper
1/3 yellow pepper
1/3 red onion
^^^ blend up
you not going need all this just 2 tablespoon and you can save the other half the other day
the spice : (mix up well)
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cyenne pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp tomatoes puree
1 tbsp coconut grated
1 tbsp almonds
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/3 red pepper
