Yummo! Did a nice roast last night with a fab rub. Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, sage, rosemary and Thyme. Looked almost as good as that does!

looked quite nice that one and I am partial to a bit of lamb , we always get a lovely fresh leg at Xmas instead of Turkey as the OH's Auntie has a farm
