As far as my shoulder is concerned I can go out Steve, guess I'm a little scared on being bumped or knocked about but my back is holding me back ATM can't take one pain free step but I'm being positive and trying to smile see

Well had quite a good day, work this morning with tea and cakes at my customers. Walked for an hour with Vin through the woods it was gorgeous sunny and peaceful, then work this afternoon more tea and biscuits. Stew for tea another walk and bath, wine and warm fire!

Alls he said was " all we can do now is cross our fingers and hope' so that's what I'm doing
