I was 18, got down to 11 1/2 and now put nearly two stone back on!! :(time to get rid again haha. I bet you look amazing for it though!

exercise help me to lose 2 and half but i spend at least 6 month at 16 then then i gave up put another stone one then decided to write everything down cut back on stuff stop eating the bad stuff and only eat healthy

Well done Rosie, I lost 3st in just over 6 months last year With slimming world and just coming upto 11months with it kept off, kinda eat what I want again now but I'm at the gym more regularly as a result of exercise being so much easier and there are certainly a lot of fundamental changes that I base my diet around
