Backs still annoying me, its like a knot of pain in one area. Feels like it needs cracked? hahah
How much do chiro cost? never had one before. Probably ridiculous £££...?

have you ever tried ultra - sound on it Hayley, this usually helps my back pain a lot ? Are you able to get a referal to have some physio on it by your GP ?

Its not pain really its like it needs cracked then it will be okay lol its not sore all the time only if i bend into the odd shape that makes me able to feel it, which is not a natural shape i would normally do lol

My chiro costs £45 a session but he usually does the trick,its a year since I have been but going to go again before hollibobs, as you need to rest for a couple of days after.

Oh no Hayley that's crap, I feel your pain literally, hope it's better soon, in my early days before I got a proper diagnosis I was referred to physio and I had ultra sound, acupuncture, some sort radio frequency thingy definitely worth trying to get a referral

Back pain is horrible and so many of us hoomans suffer from it (me included). apparently it's all our fault for walking upright!
You'll never know what the cause is (apart from walking upright ) until you start by going to your doc, Hayley.
Meanwhile the best thing is to keep your back relaxed (don't tense up against the pain) and rest the affected part against a hot water bottle.

You could try using one of those Belladona Patches that've been advertised recently. I got some from Boots for my oh & they seemed to help quite a bit. I had to order them, though.

i think i will go eventually, im having a few body problems and i think a lot of it is down to being overweight but also i am quite hard on my body with riding and yard work and manual handling in work etc. i dont do any of it right lol

I have deep tissue sports massage which may do the trick if its a knot, cost me £28
