Oh no Hayley that's crap, I feel your pain literally, hope it's better soon, in my early days before I got a proper diagnosis I was referred to physio and I had ultra sound, acupuncture, some sort radio frequency thingy definitely worth trying to get a referral Big Grin

Back pain is horrible and so many of us hoomans suffer from it (me included). apparently it's all our fault for walking upright!

You'll never know what the cause is (apart from walking upright Big Grin ) until you start by going to your doc, Hayley.

Meanwhile the best thing is to keep your back relaxed (don't tense up against the pain) and rest the affected part against a hot water bottle.

Take the first step Hayley and good luck Think i need a back doc 3198918699

You could try using one of those Belladona Patches that've been advertised recently. I got some from Boots for my oh & they seemed to help quite a bit. I had to order them, though.
