why do i put some much weight back on night out?
i was just about enter 12 14 mark but after the night out on friday i went back up to 13 8 is my body soaking the beer up or something? i just dont understand i dont eat enough food to put 8 pounds on i just dont get it

It's strange Steve perhaps your retaining fluid for a few days then it returns to normal

i dont eat anything bad my body is an temple i wont feed it with anymore garbage just beer now and then

Don't forget that alcohol is absolutely full of calories, and they are calories that your body cannot convert into energy (called empty calories) so they convert straight to fat. Plus the liquid intake will have an effect as well.

Your body will be retaining all the water it can because alcohol dehydrates you. It'll go back down in a couple of days. You'll be peeing a lot haha!

Beer has alot of calories. Plus if you are reducing calories on purpose your body thinks it's starving and will hold onto any high calorie intake it can. This can work to your advantage though if you have a cheat day once a week.
