My 7 year old staffy has started misbehaving since we got a new pup. Ignoring us, chewing stuff and ripping wall paper. She didnt do this when she was a pup! What can we do?

Sounds like she's jealous, I only have the one but I'm sure other members who have more than one dog will have come across this and have some advice Smile

You really need to give your dog attention too. Dogs can be like kids. When the new baby comes into the house they can feel replaced. You need to make sure you are not contributing by going gaga over the baby and hohum over the "old" dog. Plenty of special walks, treats and realize it is a huge adjustment for them.

Maybe the pup is making her feel like a kid again.

she also wont seem to settle - wont lie down or rest like she used to, only at night. During the day she just stands there and wanders even when the pup isnt there!!

It sounds like molly is struggling with your new addition, all great advice given above, try to spend some one to one time with her, is she ok in herself? Eating, drinking, toilets? Smile

Yeah shes fine, eats the pups food too! She sleeps upstairs with us whilst the pup is downstairs, shes happy with people not grumpy, growly or anything.
