Chase the speed freak.

Took chase to a dog show on Sunday, Loads of different displays and more dogs in one place than ive ever seen before in my entire life.

There were a few different events you could take part in, one of which was a timed 100m sprint, with all the proper laser timing equipment, with a sprint lure for your dog to chase down the track. Signed chase up for a go and he made it down the 100m in 9.2 seconds! The people running it said for his breed and age he had some real potential. I was surprised he even made it to the end with all the people and dogs standing along the side lines
i think after he saw the lure he got tunnel vision and just went for it lol. He was 2nd fastest staff of the day after a 2 year old that did it in 8.9 seconds.

Fastest dog of the day was a greyhound at 6.4 seconds!!! blinked and nearly missed it, just saw a could of smoke ripping down the track!

Hmmm, I was wondering the same thing.............I think we've been short changed here!

It was at the suffolk show ground.

Didn't take any unfortunately! Didn't think to take my camera, then majorly regretted it! There were some beautiful dogs there, Not as many staffys as i expected. Loads of labs, and quite a few boxers. And a crazy amount of small dogs like lasos and jacks russells.

Also got to see 2 cane corsos imported from the us. They were AMAZING! Google them, i wanted one the second i saw them, Thers not many in the uk though apparently. The man said their originally from Italy. Ther one of the most beautiful breeds of dog ive ever seen!

I take my camera everywhere I go with Jethro.. my hubby thinks it is bordering on an obsession !! .. and I think he is right !!

Although, ide be quite happy to have jethro and dempsey after me, Only problem is youde never get them back
