Rowing machine Empty Rowing machine

I've been using the rowing machine today for the first time, but I couldn't figure out how to set it up! Laughing I had to phone mum and ask for help! Figured it out eventually and it's actually quite fun. Not as boring as an excercise bike! Tongues

And of course, Dempsey had to come and 'help' me. Tongues Halfway through and his decides to stick a cold wet nose in my face! Laughing

Laughing I don't know about Oxford! A friend I was in secondary school with is going to row with Oxford soon though! Weird, considering I remember him as a scrawny, loveable, little bookworm; now he's a buff rower! Tongues

Still trying to figure out the settings. It's so confuzzling!

Do you know the make and model of the machine - try searching for the instructions on Google

Kathy, s'alright, I figured it out! Big Grin

It was easier than I'd expected it to be, but I do sit ups and squats every day anyway, so I suppose that helped! Laughing I didn't have it on a high setting though.

Rowing is the bomb. That and paddling. Gotta love water sports! Time to graduate to the real rowing...
