Question re: Uploading Videos

Hello,

I have a little video I took today that I was gonna share, but when I tried to upload it to photobucket it seemed to be taking F O R E V E R. I've only ever uploaded photos , so not sure if it is normal for it to take a while or mmaybe there is an easier way for me.

Steve.......if i use youtube, do I control who can and can't view my video or is it open for all.

yea you can control who view it

o.k. Steve...so I signed up for a youtube account and started the upload of my video. It's gonna take close to an hour to upload. Is this about normal or is it generally quicker. Sorry, but i'm not used to all of this computer stuff. Once i've done it a couple times and get the hang of it i'll be fine.

are you on dail up?

if the video is long cut it down to a few 2mins each

i'm not sure what going off it shouldn't take a hour to upload a video like that

Thanx for your help Steve. I managed to upload the video on youtube, but it did take an hour. Oh well, it's done now.

man what is it with videos and photo bucket?? I had a video less than a minute in length.. it was uploading onto photobucket for way over an hour and was stuck at 31%..Gave up in disgust!
