Think I'm getting ill

I really hope I'm not!  I have quite a bad fear of being sick, so I'm really hoping it's just tiredness or something. I have two cartons of mango juice and tropical juice to boost my immune system, just in case. There's also orange juice in the fridge, so hopefully I'm good to go! If I still feel yucky in a couple of hours, I'll start chugging back the green tea and vitamin C!

I have had the onset of a cold since last Thursday, haven't stopped sneezing today

Poor you! Green tea and/or cranberry juice are really good at getting rid of colds! They have lots of antioxidants! Whenever I feel a cold coming, I chug back mug after mug of green tea and usually feel fine the next day.

i have not had man flu about an year and half now

Usually First Defence works, but this seems like its been defending it and now it wants to come out lol!

I'm hoping it's just tiredness or an allergy to something in my brother's room - been cleaning it out today and there's a lot of dust and icky things. I feel really tired, foggy and my appetite keeps dropping, then coming back. I've had my dinner for an hour now and I'm only halfway through!

Well cleaning it out is enough to make anyone sneeze!

First defence is a nasal spray which stops the cold, but you need to use it as soon as any symptom shows, swear by it but the cold has taken over this time!

My brother's room is enough to make anybody faint, tbh!

I might have a look at that at some point. Sounds good!

Hope you feel better soon, sound a bit like what I've had the last week gradually crept up the Saturday my sinuses were agony, too the Strefen lozenges that the pharmacist reccomended last time and had a chilli and garlic chicken jalfrezi again lots of natural antitoxidants but much better today just a tickly cough when in hot stuffy rooms

I think I'm just tired. No stuffy nose, sniffles or sneezing. Probably nothing a good sleep won't cure!
