still poorly yuk my delightfull brain/body decided to wake up at 4:05am why are you up so early steamy?

i just woke up i cant get back to sleep now

Hmmmm don't we all, is you Brain awake doing somersaults? And your body wants to sleep? How about some herbal remedies to help you not stress? OH is snoring away next to me, think ill poke him in the ribs how dare he sleep when I can't.
