Oh dear

Apparently there is a virus spreading round bedfordshire that makes the dog sick and diarrhea with blood in it and dog will need antibotics if it catches it. My neighbour was telling me about it and she got the information from the postman who's puppy is sick with it, when he took his puppy to the vet last saturday there were 6 other dogs with the same virus.

So i think i will have stick to road and not let bruno on the grass or sniff anything which is going to be hard, or just not walk him and let him out in the our garden till the virus has gone. But how will i know its gone ? hmmmmm difficult situation.

Any idea what the virus is? I'd speak to vets about it as they should know more if its spreading and how carefull you need to be x

Sounds like Parvo my GS got and sounds the same as his symptoms

Someone said it sounds like Parvovirus, but i'll ring my local vet tomorrow and see there has been any cases in our area before i take him out tomorrow.
