I could go to bed at any time during the day or evening and go straight to sleep - I do love to sleep!

But I come on here every evening and I don't what it is, but my sleepiness just flies away and I'm on here 'til all hours!

Seriously though, it's important to establish a sleep/awake pattern (body clocks and all that) - I'm working on mine 'cos since I retired and no longer have to get up at the crack of dawn..... I don't.

Stick around with us for an hour or two Steve, you'll thank us in the end!
