Glad to hear they'll be prosecuting if the animal was abandoned. So fed up with people failing to take responsibility. If you can't look after something, don't get it. It's as simple as that. And don't then throw it out into the wild to fend for itself, where the chances of its survival are practically nil.

I have no idea. Most of the public are complaining about how dangerous the snake is. Tbh, it's actually less dangerous to humans there than dogs are - it'll be looking for prey, not big clumsy humans. Seems like nobody's stopping to think about the fact that this is an animal, probably starving to death, because the owner has been irresponsible and selfish.
