iggy and the neighbour's dog

Iggy stayed 3 days at my inlaws, he became friend with the neighbour's dog Bob who jumped the fence between his home and my inlaws to come play with him.
Poor Bob being humped by Iggy all the time. Why is iggy always humping male dogs ?
